Charles Clement
Charles is President and GM at CCG. He brings over 20 years of experience in various engineering, new business development and R&D leadership roles. With a PhD in Material Science and Process Engineering from the University of Paris (France), Charles pursued a career in the USA in various roles in the advanced composites and ceramics industry prior to joining Marmon in 2012. Having worked for Marmon Utility in New Hampshire, Charles joined CCG in 2020. Charles is a holder of 3 U.S. Patents – No. 9,343,204, No. 9,608,424 B2, and No. 9,649,797 B1. His hobbies include reading, travel, anisette making, table tennis, Formula 1, and spending time with family and friends.
Jake LaBelle
Jake leads operations at CCG. He’s responsible for plant management, staffing and scheduling, logistics and safety. Jake’s areas of expertise include polymer science, polymer compounding and extrusion equipment/machinery, and process engineering. Jake earned associate degrees in engineering and chemistry from Holyoke Community College in Massachusetts, a B.Sc. in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and a M.S. in material science and engineering from Arizona State University. Jake joined CCG in 2017 after having worked for SABIC. Jake is a holder of 5 U.S. patents. His hobbies include biking, hockey, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
Charles Glew
Charles leads research and development, quality control, and engineering at CCG. His areas of expertise include materials engineering, supply chain and fluoropolymer resin procurement, manufacturing process development, new product development, technical marketing, and new market development. Charles earned a B.S. in chemical engineering and M.S. in technology commercialization at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York prior to joining CCG full time in 2017. Charles is a holder of U.S. Patent No. US 10,793,691 B1. His hobbies include travel, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the New England Patriots.
Dan Messmer
Dan is sales manager at CCG. He earned a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering, and a M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Rensselaer, New York prior to joining CCG in 2014. He has nearly a decade of experience in sales, key account management, sales forecasting, customer service, new product development, product design, technical service and support, budgeting, and pricing/costing analysis. Dan’s hobbies include travel, woodworking and furniture design, frisbee golf, English Premier League football/soccer, and spending time with family and friends.
John Pruett
John is sales and marketing director at CCG. He brings 25 years of experience in materials-related industries. John’s areas of expertise include industrial/B2B marketing strategy, market research, new product development, key account management, new business development, and marketing communications. John earned a B.B.A. in International Business from James Madison University in Virginia, and was also educated in Europe through JMU Study Abroad at Rouen Business School (France), The British Institute of Florence (Italy), Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona and Archamps (France). He joined CCG in 2019. His hobbies include tennis, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
David Talbot
A U.S. Navy veteran, Dave is responsible for purchasing and raw material planning at CCG. He earned a B.S. in forestry from the University of Kentucky in Kentucky, and a M.S. in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in New Hampshire. Dave joined CCG in 2017 after spending 16 years in agriculture biotechnology research. His areas of expertise include raw materials procurement, vendor relations, logistics analysis, material planning, and data quality management. Dave’s hobbies include hiking, home improvement, cheering on the University of Kentucky, and rooting for Boston sports teams.
Melissa Chalifoux
Melissa is responsible for customer service and sales support at CCG. Her areas of expertise include customer relations, order fulfillment and confirmation, shipping and receiving, sales administration, inventory control, product marketing, and sales support. Melissa joined CCG in 2017. Her hobbies include camping, and spending time with her grandchild, family and friends.
Coady Curry
Coady is group controller for CCG. Coady is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant. His areas of functional expertise include cost accounting, managerial accounting, corporate control, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, forecasting, legal support, and corporate compliance. With a B.A. in economics and accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario (Canada), Coady joined CCG in 2018, and serves as group controller for the Compounding Group of Marmon which includes Gendon Polymer Services as well as CCG. Coady’s hobbies include spending time with family and friends in cottage country.
Tony Favalora
Tony is staff accountant at CCG. He earned a B.A. in accounting from the University of Connecticut, and joined CCG in 2021 as the company accountant. His areas of functional expertise include bookkeeping, financial accounting, A/R and A/P, financial reporting, data analysis, and financial auditing. Tony’s hobbies include travel, hiking, football/soccer, cycling, and brewing the perfect cup of coffee.
Tricia Rowland
Tricia is human resources (HR) manager at CCG. A graduate of the Paralegal Studies program at Bay Path University in Massachusetts, Tricia joined CCG in 2008. She brings over 25 years of experience in office management, legal support, and human resources. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, benefits administration, employee recruitment, legal support, corporate communications, vendor relations and customer service. Tricia’s hobbies include cooking, gardening, hiking, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
