CCG’s unique continuous multi-filament extrusion processes enable the production of high-performance yarns and FluoroSpun® staple fiber using both fluoropolymer-based resins such as Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP), Perfluoroalkoxy Alkane (PFA), and Methyl Fluoroacetate (MFA) as well as non-halogenated engineered resins such as Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK) and Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK). These multi-filament yarns can be stretched, crimped, and chopped to specified sizes in-house.
