CCG produces and extrudes twisted pair separators for plenum, riser, and general-purpose Local Area Network (LAN) cable and patch cable applications. CCG can manufacture these cable filler products in a variety of dimensional configurations with both solid and foamed resin ranging from 50°C to 250°C continuous operating temperatures. CCG’s portfolio includes everything from simplistic cross shapes, to specialty asymmetric designs for high-frequency applications.

CCG’s proprietary FluoroFoam® chemically foamable FEP can produce lower dielectric constants, and light-weighting in high-temperature crossweb applications.
