High Performance Focus -
Extrusion - CCG operates high temperature extrusion lines and continues to build core product offerings of crosswebs, profiles, components and fibers made from specialty materials that provide the highest levels of fire and smoke safety, signal and electrical transmission, among other properties. Materials used include fluoropolymers (PFA, MFA, FEP, ECTFE, ETFE, and PVDF), specialty polypropylenes (FRPE, NHPE, and LS0H) and other high performance materials (PEEK, PPS, and LCP)
Fiber Optic Components - Made for private label only applications, CCG can extrude fiber optic components and cables and also provides break-out and splitter kits for custom connectivity terminations.
Fibers and Yarns - CCG is developing fibers and yarns, including hybrid types, or use in the wire and cable, fiber optic, medical, filtration, composites, flexible hose, and industrial fabrics industries. These unique fluoropolymer meltspun fibers can support continuous operating temperatures as high as 260°C (500°F) and can be used alone or in combination with other materials to form fabrics, nonwovens, composites, or other fabricated parts.
Fluoropolymer Compounding Technology - CCG supplies many of its products using an exclusive foamable grade fluoropolymer compounding technology for FEP, PFA, MFA, ECTFE, ETFE, and PVDF.
