CCG manufactures custom extruded products to enhance the performance of a finished fiber optic cable.  Components can be private branded, and CCG does not manufacturer fiber cable components for resale into the distribution or OEM direct markets.

These products include fiber optic cable fillers, signal carrying components (buffered fiber or loose tube fiber), and blown fiber and furcation tubes (single or multi-layer) used by fiber cable manufacturers and installers.

CCG is focused on expanded capabilities for fiber optic cable applications including multi-layer tubes, FluoroSpun (R) bedding and filler yarns ideal for use as ripcords or fire retardant bedding materials in premise optical fiber cables requiring a plenum rating, and hybrid Fiber/Copper Designs for Multi-media Applications.
