Crosswebs and Profiles

CCG's original and core expertise is producing high performance crossweb fillers --also called splines or separators.  Backed by 8 patents and 3 patents pending for data and electronic cable applications, and with a number of UL Recognized products, this expertise is not matched anywhere else globally.

For LAN cable producers, CCG supplies proprietary and standard crosswebs in various profiles such as the plus sign, star, and other shapes being used in Cat 6 and 6e cables.  CCG is also on the leading edge of crossweb filler design for profiles and configurations now used in Cat 6A designs or being developed for future Cat 6A and Cat 7 designs.

CCG's crossweb fillers provide enhanced fire and smoke safety performance, electrical performance, chemical resistance, among other properties.

- Fluoropolymer (FEP, MFA, PFA, ECTFE, ETFE, and PVDF)
- FluoroFoam (R) fluoropolymers
- Fire retardant polyolefins (LS0H, FRPE)
